How long will it take for my order to arrive?Our orders are shipped from our factories in the USA and Netherlands. However, due to Covid-19, some international shipments may be delayed due to routing or customs issues. Here is an estimated delivery timeline for different regions:

- Within 2-7 business days for Europe
- Within 5-15 business days for Australia and New Zealand

Shipping insuranceAt checkout, you have the option to purchase shipping insurance from KPOPY. This insurance will cover you in the event that your item is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you need to make a claim, please contact our support team. Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped

Is it possible to cancel or change my order?
We try to begin production on all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you placed your order, it may be possible to cancel it if production has not yet started.
Please contact our support team to see if it is possible to make changes or cancel your order, and provide a reason for the cancellation.
I received a damaged/incorrect item, what should I do?If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team with a photo of the item. We will arrange to send a replacement as soon as possible. Please do not return the item without first obtaining authorization from our support team.
Can I return my purchase?We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns about the item or if you would like to return it, please contact our support team for assistance. Provide an explanation for your reason for wanting to return the item. We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Please note that personalized items may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
I noticed that my item looks different than the online listing
This is a rare occurrence. We strive to accurately represent all designs and products in our listings, though some may use life-like renderings instead of photos to show what the item will look like.
If you believe you received an item with a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review along with your order ID.
